The client you'll be joining

My client is a North West based company who carry out projects in the commercial and industrial sector, consisting of specialist interior fit-outs and complex refurbishments working with a very blue chip client on projects valued from £200k to £3m. They oversee the delivery of projects from end to end, from pre-site planning and preparation to ensure designs are translated correctly into fully working solutions for their clients.

 

The purpose of this role

For this role, you’ll will be supporting the Business Manager with Administrator duties. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a friendly, hard-working close-knit team.

 

Tasks will include

  • Booking meetings
  • Arrange entertaining
  • Answering phones
  • General office admin tasks
     

The ideal candidate will,

  • Have a proven experience of working in a similar role for at least 1 year
  • Be able to work on their own initiative
  • Microsoft Office (Work/Excel/PowerPoint) skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • A confident professional friendly manner
  • Able to communicate positively and effectively with internal and external teams
  • A flexible approach

  • Content to take directions from another and equally able to direct others.
  • A team player, it will be an integral part of the job to forge relationships
